It's the 3° time that I visited Morro and I always stayed on this hotel, normally they have a huge evaluation in my scraps and I already indicated to several friends but this last time I can't give them a good score . They follow down the service. Specially on the staff and maintenance , my friends and I stayed 4 nights and every room that we were located had problem regarding maintenance, TV didn't work, shower also for hot water. My friends waited for 4 hours to clean up theirs room because they had problem with the room maids. One of the nights we didn't have toilet paper neither towels in the bath when we came back of the beach so we went to the reception to ask and the worst was the treatment of the night attendance called Igor.. He was very rude with me and my friend when we requested the toilet paper and give to her a robe insteat a towel.. with an excuse that they don't have more towels !!Really ??? Good example was the behavior of Jorge the day attendance , he was very nice and try to solve all the problems that we have.. Beside this the view of the pool is amazing and the rooms are confortables even with some maitenance problems..…
